During the off season our staffing is minimal.  We highly recommend scheduling appointments for phone calls, drop offs, and pick-ups; otherwise, we are likely with someone else and may not be able to assist you in a timely manner.

Please note:  Our offices are closed for our annual “after tax season” breaks from April 16 – April 30th & October 16th – 31st

January is year-end processing for our bookkeeping clients.  If you need assistance filing W-2s or 1099s (all flavors), we can help you.

Need a W-7 to go along with a tax return to request an ITIN?  Certifying Acceptance Agents can sign the W-7 acknowledging the required documents allowing the taxpayer to keep their identify documents and thus avoid having to mail off those important papers for IRS processing which can take many weeks.
